Commercial Account Executive – Tech & Communications Solutions (Remote/Flexible)

We are expanding the commercial division of our business and looking for a driven Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team and help us deliver powerful technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
In this commission-only role, you’ll sell VoIP phone systems (with desk phones, mobile apps, and eFax capabilities), webinar platforms, Wi-Fi and camera systems, and essential security software. This position is ideal for a self-starter who wants to begin part-time and scale into a full-time career with residual monthly commissions that grow over time, creating long-term financial stability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect, connect, and build relationships with new commercial clients across various industries.
- Present and sell our suite of business communication solutions, including:
- VoIP phone systems (desk phones, softphones, and mobile apps)
- eFax devices and cloud platforms
- Webinar/virtual meeting tools
- Wi-Fi & surveillance camera systems
- Cybersecurity software solutions
- Identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Close deals and set clients up for long-term success, earning both upfront and recurring residual commissions.
- Stay current with tech trends and the competitive landscape to help clients stay ahead.
- Track leads and manage your pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Collaborate with our team to support clients through the onboarding and implementation process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in technology sales, telecom, or B2B sales preferred (but not required if you're highly coachable and driven).
- Strong ability to explain complex tech in simple terms.
- Confident communicator with great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation model with strong residual income potential.
- Flexible availability—you can start part-time and transition to full-time as your client base grows.
