The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids, proposals, and detailed scopes of work for various commercial projects. Responsibilities:                                                                         

• Complete full and accurate take-offs for commercial and residential projects.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFls) to clarify scope of work and bid requirements.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, including detail scopes of work with current material pricing, for projects in the bidding phase.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms align with project needs and company standards.
• Manage change orders, expense approvals, and other project-related responsibilities.
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure successful execution of awarded projects.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• 3-7 years of experience in Commercial Construction is required.
• Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong background in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Solid math skills with an understanding of cost calculations.
• Knowledge of building materials and their typical installation applications.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately identify scope of work.
• Preferred experience with Planswift or similar estimating and takeoff software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects during both the bidding phase and post-award.
