Job Title: CRM Administrator
Position Summary
As a CRM Administrator at Irwin, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Cloud at Irwin. This role ensures that Salesforce aligns with customer and business needs, maximizing its value as part of a connected customer experience with CPQ. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and CPQ (configure, price, quote) solutions, working cross-functionally to enhance customer relationships and improve business efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & System Management
- Develop and execute Irwin’s strategy and vision for Salesforce within the enterprise.
- Oversee the digital product lifecycle, from idea development to rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, service, and technology teams to build a cohesive platform strategy and execution roadmap.
- Optimize Salesforce capabilities, ensuring alignment with ERP, CPQ, and other enterprise systems to drive business value.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology, transforming user requirements into functional system enhancements.
- Maintain and improve CRM workflows, guided selling processes, and integrations to support business objectives.
User Training & Process Optimization
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining CRM usage, workflows, and best practices.
- Train internal users on system functionalities, ensuring teams maximize efficiency and leverage CRM capabilities effectively.
- Improve processes to enhance customer relationships, leveraging automation and data-driven insights.
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, organization, and integrity within the CRM system.
- Perform data migrations and maintain clean, structured customer records for reporting and analytics.
- Curate reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Power BI, providing insights on customer behavior, decision influencers, and sales performance.
Technical Expertise & Agile Development
- Leverage technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture and capabilities, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs.
- Work within an Agile development framework, managing CRM enhancements and driving system improvements.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, identifying trends and optimizing system performance to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM development and administration, with extensive experience in Salesforce.
- Experience with CPQ (configure, price, quote) solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage CRM implementation projects, from concept to successful delivery.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience maintaining data integrity and performing migrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify trends and optimize system functionality.
- Understanding of the industrial manufacturing business model is a plus.
