Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist
Position Overview:
Irwin is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to support and improve the manufacturing operations within our assigned factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for process enhancements, cost reductions, product improvement, and new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment justification, procurement, and installation/implementation support
- Production troubleshooting to resolve product quality problems
- Product and/or process design improvement as required
- Designing and implementing the manufacturing process for new products
- CAD drawing and maintenance when required
- Designing and developing appropriate plant layout activities
- Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods
- Analyzing and planning work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow
- Applying statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
- Daily process and Cell support
- New product launch support on implementation
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience of 2 years required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Able to contribute effectively in a cross-functional team environment
