Project Manager – Control Systems Engineering
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager with a strong technical background in control systems engineering. The ideal candidate must be proficient with systems such as Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, Rockwell, and similar platforms. This role requires an active, hands-on approach—candidates must be prepared to take full ownership of project execution rather than delegating tasks to others. Strong client interaction and relationship management skills are essential.
Travel Requirement :
Up to 25% travel.
Experience Requirements :
10 years of proven experience successfully managing control systems engineering and design projects.
Experience with brownfield revamp and upgrade projects within refining and chemical plant environments.
Project values typically range from $50,000 to $2,000,000.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead teams of engineers and designers to meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
Provide hands-on technical guidance to ensure project success.
Maintain regular client contact, addressing concerns and incorporating feedback into project execution.
Oversee project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

In-depth knowledge of control systems engineering and design, including instrument specification, data sheet development, P&ID development, and field instrument installation requirements.
Strong experience in wiring, control system configuration, testing, and startup.
