About the Position
This full-time, in-person position is based at our Fletcher office and reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Manage the consolidated financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Oversee all US GAAP reporting requirements, respond to auditing activities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
You will also be responsible for building and managing the accounting and finance team, establishing a culture of accountability and high performance within the department, and ensuring that all members are aligned with the company's business objectives.
