Responsibilities / Necessary Skills / Attributes
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- 7 years working in a Windows Desktop Engineering environment
- 5 years of expertise in Microsoft Intune / Google Workspace / Omnissa Workspace One
- Knowledge of SCCM OSD is preferred
- Expertise in in-depth troubleshooting of Windows Platform and providing solutions for production environment.
- Work with product vendors to understand their product roadmaps, raise necessary bugs and feature requests for product enhancement
- Good knowledge of end user hardware arena across software and hardware
- Scripting (PowerShell) skills to develop automated processes
- Ability to create and maintain quality documentation and have a structured, organized approach to work
- Thin client experience preferred
- Use of Agile project methodology
- Knowledge of standard testing tools and methodologies is preferred
- Take ownership and drive solutions end to end.
