What are the responsibilities and job description for the FInancial Analyst position at IS3 Solutions?
Exciting opportunity to work for a leader in the rapidly evolving drone industry.
The ideal candidate has 7 years of experience as a financial analyst / reporting on both the HubSpot and Quickbooks platforms, supporting SM-sized businesses. The resource will be responsible for providing Financial Reporting and supporting Analysis for :
- Booked Sales (Measured in HubSpot)
- Invoiced Revenue (Measured in both HubSpot with imports to Quickbooks)
- Recognized Revenue (Measured in QuickBooks)
- Variety of other P&L related reports and metrics
In addition, you will be responsible for preparing Board Level presentations in MS Office Tools (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) that show a variety of financial metrics (ie monthly trends, YOY / QOQ results, summarized results, etc.).
This is a hands-on role (HubSpot, Quickbooks, MS Office) and the person will interface directly with the Chairman of the Board, the CEO, and their 3rd party contracted CPA / Accounting firm.
This is a part time role, likely 25 hours per week, maybe more depending on needs.
