What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at IS3 Solutions?
IS3 is in search of Program Manager to work with a Digital Service team to organize, plan, and track workstreams to deliver the redesign of projects as needed. The project manager will be involved in stakeholder and working team meetings. All on-going work and deliverables will be reviewed together with the Digital Service Design team.
TASKS :
- Manage workstreams to build core to delivery high quality digital experiences on time.
- Establish, track project deliverables and help mitigate obstacles in executing a work plan for project activities, sprints or phases.
- Lead and manage sprint planning and task management.
- Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate to project stakeholders, and escalate issues on a timely basis.
- Establish deadlines and monitor the progress of the project, following up with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings with teams and stakeholders with clear, prioritized agendas and provide timely recaps and drive resolution of next steps
