About the Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced Security Engineers to fill current and future roles. The Security Engineer will be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions across cloud and network environments. We are searching for individuals that have experience collaborating across multiple departments, including security operations, cloud security, security architecture, DevSecOps, and offensive security. Responsibilities Could Include:
Design, implement, and manage security solutions using Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), and Microsoft Intune
Configure and optimize Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Deploy and configure Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools to monitor and manage cloud security
Implement Microsoft-based Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
Automate security operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps
Establish, operate, and maintain security monitoring, logging, and incident response using Microsoft Sentinel and SOAR tools
Conduct threat risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing on Microsoft and multi-cloud environments
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement secure coding and security best practices
Provide forensic analysis, incident response, and remediation strategies for security threats
Ensure security controls align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
Report on vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and security findings, working with system owners to mitigate risks
Develop security frameworks and policies that streamline compliance and security adoption across teams
Stay ahead of cyber threats and attack trends, continuously enhancing security defenses
Research and implement next-gen security technologies, improving security automation and risk management
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or cloud security
Certified in Microsoft Azure and Security, Compliance and Identity (SCI)
Deep expertise in Microsoft security technologies, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), and Intune
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Hands-on experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), particularly in a Microsoft-centric environment
Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms and threat detection methodologies
Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for security automation
Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security best practices
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps principles
Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, and compliance frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
