The role
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for health and elder care and a sales mindset to join our growing team. Isaac Health offers medical consultations, therapy sessions, and cognitive assessments for the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's and Dementia Related Diseases (ADRD). This position will conduct initial screening consultations and assessments with patients and their caregivers, coordinate sessions with medical providers and home care aides, as well as interact with other members of patients' care team to coordinate their care. At this time, working East Coast hours is required.
