Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative for their Rochester, NY, location. The Outbound Sales representative develops prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone. Using a list provided to you, you would be working to increase sales for Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning’s Home Energy Performance Department. You would work directly with team members in the field including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.
The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and interested in increasing sales for our Residential Sales department. This position includes a base hourly wage plus commission, with estimated first-year estimated earning potential of $50,000 or more.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads
- Understand customer needs and requirements to successfully fulfill their expectations
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
- Work with Audit and Sales teams to schedule appointments
- Meet monthly department goals
- Demonstrate an outstanding level of professionalism
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. College degree in a related area such as Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, etc. preferred
- Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding inside sales goals
- HVAC knowledge or experience a plus

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $16.00hr plus commission. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
