Job Description
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-orientated Payroll Administrator. This position will report to the Sr. Payroll Manager, Shared Services. The Payroll Administrator will play a vital role with the administration of payroll as it relates to the organization.
This position would be ideal for a change agent who excels in process improvement and project implementation in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering, maintaining, and/or processing information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ rates of pay, benefit withholdings, and payroll deductions.
- Manage and maintain direct deposits, benefits withholding, payroll deductions, garnishments, and withholdings as it relates to our employees.
- Reconciles payroll to ensure weekly reports match transactions that were processed.
- Reissues replacement checks or direct deposits as needed.
- Assists with new hires and separations.
- Responsible for running reports as requested for worker’s compensation, benefits, 401k, work hours, and wages.
- Analyzes situations and offers solutions, looks for ways to streamline the payroll process and address inefficiencies or inaccuracies that are found without being asked.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred
- Two years of experience in benefits or payroll-related field required
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now required
- Knowledge of benefit module setups to include carrier connection implementation preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel

The starting base salary for this position is $62,000 - $67,000 This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
