Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Sales Manager for their Rochester, NY office and surrounding branch locations. In this role, you will be responsible for all day-to-day sales operations within the office, and ongoing collaboration with the Director of Sales, clients, and entire sales team.
This position would be ideal for an organized Regional Sales Manager interested in applying their expertise to lead and support the Director of Sales and the entire residential sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Customer relations, including conflict resolution and timely follow-up
- Development and growth of all branches as determined by the Director of Sales
- Organize sales team schedules
- Assist with reporting of field staff, including all analytics, charting, and monthly progress reports
- Participate in, assist, and contribute to department meetings
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members
- Assist with developing office strategies and strategic planning
- Attend trade shows to identify new services and products
- Review financial and other performance indicators
- Assist with progress reports, sales targets, and performance reviews
- Assist Director of Sales with completing one-on-one employee meetings
- Responsible for ride-alongs with sales reps in all Isaac branches
Job Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business-related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of leadership/management experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Flexibility with traveling to other branches is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The starting base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
