Job Description:
Tyler Air is seeking an energetic Residential Field Supervisor for their Stratford, CT location. The ideal candidate will create an environment where our residential service/install field personnel can develop their skills and abilities to provide our clients with consistent world class experience through service and installations.

Responsibilities:
- On the job training and development of field personnel
- Consistent soft skills and service titan mobile training
- Assisting technicians and installers in the field via phone
- Maintain KPI levels set by service manager
- Update and maintain capabilities chart
- Assist and run technician/installer bi-annual reviews.
- Monthly technician/installer vehicle checks
- Develop & implement new technician/installer training programs
- Proactive technician/installer field visits
- Resolve customer concerns/issues concentrated on Residential
- Tool inventory
- Coordinate training schedule for new technicians/installers
- Supervisory on call as needed
- Any additional responsivities set as needed
- On call as needed
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of Residential Service/Install experience is Required
- NATE Certified with a minimum of 4 specialties is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record is Required
- OSHA 10-hour Certificate is Required
- EPA Type I & II Certifications is Required
- High School diploma or equivalent is Required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in HVAC is preferred
- BOCES Diploma/Certification of completion in HVAC or related field is Preferred
- D-2 license or s-2 required

The starting yearly base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
