Job Description:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Residential HVAC Sales Representative for their Canandaigua, NY, location. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position would be ideal for a self-motivated go-getter who is customer service focused and wants to drive and build business for a growing organization.
Lead-based sales with competitive base salary and commission. First-year potential earnings could exceed $125,000

Responsibilities:
- In-home consultation, follow-up, and sale of residential HVAC equipment
- Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for the residential HVAC division
- Regularly develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Responsible for scheduling jobs, design and job orders
- Communicate work scopes with installers
- Ensure great client service from the order to the delivery and beyond
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail/outside sales
- Successful sales experience within the local region
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

The starting yearly base salary for this position is $80,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
