Job Description:
Nerthling’s Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable HVAC Service Technician for their Erie, PA, location. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, develop, and understand the skills required to be an efficient and effective residential HVAC service technician with Erie's premiere HVAC dealer.
This job would be ideal for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude who is customer service-oriented and eager to expand their trade knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Interact with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of HVAC experience required
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
