Job Description:
LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential Install Plumber for their Lee, MA, location. In this role, you will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new construction and residential remodels. From rough-ins to final trim-outs, you'll work closely with team members to ensure quality, code-compliant installations that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for experienced Technicians*

Responsibilities:
- Install water supply lines, drain systems, and plumbing fixtures in new and remodeled residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
- Perform rough-in, top-out, and final plumbing installations
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and building regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other trades on-site
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with residential plumbing
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting base hourly range for this position is $25-$45 per hour plus spiffs and commissions. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
