Job Description:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Tool Crib Coordinator for their Rochester, NY location. This position will be responsible for overseeing, directing, and facilitating the location of the tools and equipment utilized, as well as being accountable for ensuring that the proper tools and equipment that are essential for a job needed to be completed on time and effectively are readily available.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation of the operating procedures as it relates to tools and equipment, including but not limited to, check-in, check-out, repairs and maintenance
- Accountable for collecting, storing, and issuing hand tools, machine tools, measuring devices and other equipment required for company employees to perform HVAC jobs successfully
- Ensure that all records are maintained, accurate and up to date as far as issued, returned, lost, damaged or stolen
- Maintain tool functionality, calibration specifications and safe operating conditions by performing frequent inspection of tools and equipment for wear, defects, and damage
- Administer preventative maintenance program for all tools and equipment, as required
- Contract with outside vendors for equipment repairs and abnormal maintenance as required
- Assist purchasing department with sourcing and pricing of necessary items
- Provide reports as necessary to appropriate staff and/or department
- Identify and mark tools and equipment using identification tags, stamps or electric marking tools
- Collaborate with managers and coordinators in branch locations to ensure continuity in tool room availability and warehouse procedures
- Responsible for truck audits of loaned out tools
- Facilitate maintenance and repair of tools as necessary to maintain working order
- Deliver tools to technicians/job sites as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Tool crib and/or inventory control experience preferred
- Basic operation and/or repair of HVAC tools preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certificate preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

The starting base range for this position is $20 to $23 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
