The Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Generalist to join our team and play a key role in the brand management of Darryl Isaacs and the Isaacs family. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing a range of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening and promoting Darryl Isaacs’ personal brand as well as handling the brand management for other members of the Isaacs family, including but not limited to Lee Isaacs Music. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
In addition to overseeing marketing efforts for Darryl Isaacs and the Isaacs family, this role may involve assisting with personal errands as needed. This position also requires the utmost discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and does require a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Management : Oversee the consistent representation of Darryl Isaacs and Lee Isaacs brand across all channels, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are consistent in frequency and in tone of messaging.
- Events : Attend events with Darryl Isaacs and / or other members of the Isaacs family in order to capture content for marketing purposes. This may include travel outside of the Louisville, KY area and may require overnight travel as well. Travel expenses will be covered by the firm.
- Coordinating Public Appearances : Assist in scheduling and coordinating public speaking events for Darryl Isaacs.
- Content Creation & Social Media : Develop, edit and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, podcast appearances, blogs, and the attorney’s page on the firm’s website. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management : Post regularly across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to engage with the community, share case successes, legal tips, and promote public speaking engagements. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond accordingly.
- Market Research : Continuously evaluate the social landscape for nationally recognized attorneys and law firms and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth opportunities.
- Personal Errands : Run personal errands as needed to assist the attorney in managing daily tasks or business-related responsibilities. This may include managing appointments, coordinating deliveries, or other logistical support tasks.
- Travel : Local and non-local travel may be required for this position.
Requirements :
