Summary
Isaacs and Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for a personal injury pre-litigation attorney, practicing / licensed in Indiana (May be fully remote), to join its growing practice. The pre-litigation attorney will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation but may be asked to handle other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases. Bi-lingual in English / Spanish a plus!
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationship
- Review and investigate personal injury claims
- Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
- Guide clients through the case process
- Gather evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents
- Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences
- Assess the value of claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies
- Collaborate with our legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary
- Attend training programs and seminars that may be outside of normal business hours.

Compensation :
Starts with Base Commission structure.
Within 1 year moves to Commission Only.
