We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Sales Associate to join our beautiful boutique at North Park Mall. This position is a temporary role expected to last through August.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and gracious welcome to clients, offering personalized style recommendations and thoughtful alternatives to enhance their shopping experience.
• Represent the Isabel Marant brand with impeccable customer service and a deep understanding of our unique aesthetic.
• Adhere to all brand procedures and policies, ensuring the highest standard of service and operational excellence.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals, playing an active role in the success of the store.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, cultivating a client book that reflects our commitment to personalized service.
• Support visual merchandising efforts in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist with store operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house maintenance, to ensure a seamless shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in high-end luxury or contemporary retail environments.
• A strong focus on sales and customer service, driven by a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• A passion for fashion, with impeccable personal presentation and a polished demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively and maintaining attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Compensation:

This role offers a generous hourly rate with additional commission incentives.
