Responsibilities:
- Extend a gracious welcome to clients, guiding them through an enchanting shopping journey by providing personalized style recommendations and thoughtful alternatives.
- Embody the hallmark of our brand through impeccable customer service and a deep understanding of our unique aesthetic.
- Adhere rigorously to the brand's procedures and policies, upholding the highest standards of excellence across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the achievement of monthly sales goals, actively participating in the success of our store.
- Foster lasting relationships with clients, curating a client book that exemplifies the epitome of personalized service.
- Collaborate in maintaining the visual merchandising standards as defined by our brand's guidelines.
- Engage with the store maintenance team, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house efforts that sustain our brand's allure.
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience, with preference given to candidates experienced in high-end luxury or contemporary retail environments.
- A strong orientation towards sales and customer service, driven by intrinsic motivation.
- A deep appreciation for fashion, coupled with impeccable personal presentation and a refined demeanor.
- Proficiency in managing a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking with precision.
- Keen attention to detail, coupled with an enthusiastic approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to team dynamics and overall objectives.
