Isabel Munoz - State Farm Agency, located in Burbank, CA is expanding and we are looking for a driven insurance marketing specialist. As our marketing specialist your main role will be to call potential clients who have requested insurance quotes online (these are warm leads not cold calls) and review quote options, follow guidelines to submit the application and close the sale.
We set you up for success! What we provide :
- All leads : this is not cold calling these are warm leads with all the customer information (i.e. driver licenses , year make and model of cars etc).

Ideal candidate is a professional with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make a large amount of calls a daily. To be successful you must be willing to make a lot of outbound contacts! You must be comfortable with overcoming objections, calling, texting and emailing, on a schedule, to reach the customer and ask for the sale. Some service may be required (i.e. taking payments etc). Insurance licensing required prior to start date.
