Prior experience as a server, host or runner preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according
to business levels and the restaurant needs.

Ability to communicate in English.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, serving customers, and ensuring that our bar area is welcoming and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash register systems for transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions about drink selections, and making recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
• Handle cash transactions with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and drink measurements.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining standards is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A willingness to help fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $22.78 - $24.99 per hour
