Prior experience as a server, host or runner preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according
to business levels and the restaurant needs.
Ability to communicate in English.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, serving customers, and ensuring that our bar area is welcoming and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash register systems for transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions about drink selections, and making recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
- Handle cash transactions with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and drink measurements.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining standards is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to help fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
