Isabella Bank is seeking a skilled Commercial Lender to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships with commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for commercial clients
- Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness and make informed lending decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including existing and prospective customers
- Work with senior management and department heads to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with loan officers and branch staff to ensure effective execution of business development plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Commercial lending and/or credit analyst experience preferred
- Prior banking/financial services experience required
- Strong community involvement and/or resident of market served preferred
