Position Title: Core Systems Analyst I
Reports To: Core Systems Manager
Responsibilities:
- Follows established procedures with direction from Core Systems Analyst II.
- Monitors first level job progression and troubleshoots errors in daily processing.
- Responsible for item processing related functions such as sending/receiving cashletters, data entry, balancing and sending end of day files for processing.
- Provides first level application support to users of core software and complementary products.
- Monitors first level of electronic services including but not limited to ATM’s, online banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, and troubleshoots errors with those services.
- Makes efficiency and quality suggestions in a team environment to Core Systems Analyst II.
- Assures procedural documentation is always current with oversight by Core Systems Analyst II.
- Works on projects to maximize efficiency in getting data to a user friendly format.

Creation, maintenance and administration of JHA Enterprise Workflow, Synergy, and eSign systems.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- High school diploma required
- One year of Bank related experience
Skills
- Customer focused with the ability to make complex technical topics easily understood
- Must be flexible and adapt easily to change
- Basic PC knowledge with an understanding of general system architecture
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Silverlake core software and complementary products
- Self-motivated and can work independently to contribute to a highly focused team
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking skills
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
