About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teller to join our team at Isabella Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and promoting financial institution services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Receive and verify checks and cash deposits, count and package coins and currency, and ensure that teller stations are properly stocked with forms and supplies.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.
- Account Management: Assist with account opening procedures, pin ATM/Debit cards, and document and file items into synergy.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, good mathematical skills, basic computer knowledge, and an enthusiastic, positive, outgoing personality.
