Job Overview
We are seeking Host/Hostesses to join our team and provide exceptional service in an upscale dining environment. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and creating memorable bar experiences, we want to hear from you. Chef Todd and Nickki Golden have been serving NWA for over 35 years. This is the second location of Isabellas Italian, the first opened in 2022 in Fayetteville.
Responsibilities
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and attentiveness
- Greet guests warmly and seat them in correct sections
- Function in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Collaborate with server staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining hosting service is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards
