At ISACA, you’ll dive into real projects that matter while sharpening essential skills like communication, emotional intelligence, and time management through our tailored development program. Responsibilities
Intern role and responsibilities
You Will Be Working Closely With Our Customer Success Operations Team By Supporting Tasks That Contribute To Process Optimization Through Collaboration With Cross-functional Team Members And Other Activities That Support The Team’s Core Functions. You May Also Undertake Special Projects As Needed. Specifically, You Will
- Support cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders to capture/record existing processes and related documentation
- Create and update process documentation, including comparing and consolidating multiple related documents in various locations to a single consistent format to help identify & address gaps, deficiencies, and redundancies
- Create visual process maps for cross-functional workflows , in programs such as Visio or Miro, to highlight cross-functional ownership and hand-offs
Required Field of Study
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Operations, Project Management .

- Visio or Miro experience – to build visual workflow map of complex processes
- Location: We strongly prefer candidates who can commute to Schaumburg, IL for orientation as well as 3-4 in-person meetings throughout the summer. Though you are welcome to work from our offices full-time, there is no requirement to do so. We will consider select remote locations within the U.S. , but preference will be given to local candidates.
