Web Project Manager / Digital Producer - Websites & Mobile
The Digital Producer is an experienced problem-solver who leads the creation of new and distinctive branding and web products. This includes interactive websites, eCommerce, mobile, campaigns, dashboards, and various UX projects from inception through strategy, design, development, and launch. The DP can efficiently plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate with different specialists across multiple projects. Responsibilities include taking part in client brainstorming sessions, project planning, client interaction, and ensuring that all projects remain on schedule. Daily communication and explanation of ideas as you are the face of the agency to clients in numerous ways. Informative and supportive when needed. This role enhances leadership skills and design direction while allowing great influence over the final digital solution created. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of select branding and interactive web projects for a diverse set of brands
- Work closely with the Creative Director, UX, design, development and QA teams to ensure projects are running smoothly
- Serve as the liaison between client and agency
- Organize and lead project meetings, agendas, and design presentations
- Assess partners' needs and adjust / improve our process to provide optimal service
- Present and explain the overall design and related decisions on client calls and how our decisions achieve key objectives. Always showcasing our expertise and confidence in the process
- Manage the client feedback and revision process to ensure efficiency and high-quality
- Participate in intro calls and presentation calls with clients and potential clients
- Keep track of advancements in digital project management, evolving best practices, applications, and industry trends
