Position Summary
The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that support key business decisions and strategies. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes. The Business Data Analyst will bridge the gap between data and business needs, ensuring that data insights are translated into actionable recommendations for business improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business-focused dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Use statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify trends, correlations, and potential areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs, define requirements, and ensure that data insights align with business goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, drive growth, and increase operational efficiency.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, translating findings into actionable business strategies.
