What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Program Supervisor position at Isaiah House Inc?
The Assistant Program Supervisor plays a critical role in any of our facilities. As leader of the case team, they coach and develop all Client Support staff under their charge. They also oversee all the services provided by the case team including legal support, level of care transitions, after care placement, and telehealth configuration.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with adults in recovery and/or substance abuse, alcohol addiction
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license with clear driving history

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise and develop Client Support on the weekends at your facility.
- Verify legal intake is properly performed.
- Communicate with other departments regarding policy changes.
- Assist the transition team in choosing clients to step down in level of care.
- Assist clients in getting aftercare housing upon completion of treatment.
- Lead interdepartmental meetings.
- Create Discipleship board thread and participate in in-person Discipleship boards.
- Discuss incident reports with clients as well as any discipline involved to correct actions.
- Coordinate safety concerns involving clients with other departments.
- Assist in determining appropriate residency location for in-house clients.
- Maintain transition email information for individual clients.
- Monitor ‘Teams’ and address any questions pertaining to the Case department.
- Any and all other program responsibilities assigned by Program Administrator or Executive Staff.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures.
- Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
