abuse treatment center that is committed to providing comprehensive care for individuals
recovering from substance use disorders. The Director of Medical Operations plays a
critical role in overseeing the medical operations that support our clients' recovery
journey. This position provides leadership to the medical team, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality, compliant, and effective healthcare services. In this position you will play a
pivotal role in leading and optimizing medical operations across all facilities.

Requirements:- Provide strategic oversight of medical staff and healthcare operations across all
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop medical protocols and general
- Serve as a primary resource for medical-related issues, ensuring compliance with
- Identify and implement innovative, cost-effective approaches to client care that
- Collaborate with programs/clinical departments and in harmony with pharmacy,
- Provide oversight for required screenings of staff and clients.
- Ensure all healthcare staff are properly trained, including CPR certifications and
- Maintain relationships with insurance payors and the ability to engage in open
- Report sentinel events to CARF and ensure compliance with all regulatory
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in addiction medicine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing multiple
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking as required.
- Capacity to engage with individuals in various stages of addiction recovery.
