- High School Diploma or GED required
- Working knowledge of basic computer operations and common software programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task and meet deadlines

- Ability to enforce program guidelines and support compliance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Receive and schedule clinical telehealth requests from clients and providers
- Coordinate appointment dates/times across providers to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date calendars for clinical staff
- Adhere to HIPAA laws and maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Follow all program policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Interact professionally with staff and clients across multiple departments
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
