The Program Leader will work directly with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students in a K-8 school setting. This role involves interacting with students to provide a positive role model, coach, and mentor.
Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to support the ISANA Mission and Vision through effective implementation of daily program guide activities and Fun Friday projects.

Responsibilities:
- Implement daily program guide activities to engage students in an expanded learning environment.
- Plan and execute Fun Friday projects that align with ISANA's educational goals.
- Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 48 college credits.
- Ability to speak, read, and write academic English.
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Must clear TB and fingerprint check.
