Summary
As a key member of the Isbill Tech Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and solutions to our diverse clientele. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of their technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
- Troubleshoot software issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Manage firewall configurations to ensure network security for clients.
- Assist with DNS management and related network services as needed.
- Utilize ticketing system for tracking support requests and managing incidents efficiently.
- Support mobile devices by resolving connectivity issues and software problems.
- Maintain Active Directory for user account management and security protocols.
- Deliver excellent help desk support to enhance customer experiences.
- Respond to technical inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve issues
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT personnel
- Document issues and solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
- Maintain accurate records of IT activities and infrastructure
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of firewall configurations and network security best practices.
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and Mac OS.
- Experience with DNS management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using a ticketing systems for incident management.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory functionalities.
- Ability to work effectively with mobile devices and resolve related issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
