What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Supply Chain Specialist position at ISC Consulting Group?

Responsibilities include:
- Assist in executing equipment accountability, tracking, procurement and acquisition, disposition of equipment, and development of supply and logistic documentation, including not but limited to; SOPs, plans, and inventories. USAICoE G6 is responsible for making the final determination on the procurement, acquisition, and disposition of equipment.
- Submit for government approval Information Technology Requests (ITRs) for new classroom, administrative, IT, hardware, software and system requirements and Trouble Tickets (TTs) for pre-existing IT, hardware, software and system issues for USAICoE end-users and customers.
- Provide records management support in by documenting and maintaining records. This includes, but not limited to procedures, plans, descriptive documents and best business practices. Records will be retained and disposed of with Government approval.
- Provide technical assistance in supply management in processing approximately 2,500- 3,500 items and equipment on a monthly basis including, but not limited to scheduling, inventorying, delivery, disposal, accountability and tracking.
- Serve as the subject matter technical expert for logistics and supply quality assurance and quality control for the USAICoE G6 for logistics and supplies.
- Assist in establishing internal supply and logistics management procedures, processes, and standards ensuring quality of service to USAICoE end-users and customers
- The Automated Systems Information Database (ASID) or similar government system shall be used to document and maintain accountability of the current and future IT hardware, software, system and network equipment.
- Create, modify and maintain supply and logistic documentation IAW IT regulatory guidance, best business practices, and local policies.
- Provide records management support by documenting and maintaining records. This includes, but is not limited to procedures, plans, descriptive documents and best business practices. Records will be retained and disposed of with government approval.
Requirements:
- SECRET Clearance prior to employment
- Ability to obtain forklift operator's license within three months.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
