What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Order Entry position at Iscar Metals?
ISCAR METALS, INC. , a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Order Entry team at our corporate office in Arlington, TX . Order Entry CSR will provide customer service by phone and e-mail. Primary duties consist of accurate order / data entry and responding to customer questions / requests in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Process orders :
- Process orders - standard items, blanket orders, test orders, and promotional items.
- Identify discrepancies / exceptions and correspond with appropriate person(s) to reach acceptable resolution.
- File purchase order and related correspondence / information in documentation folder.
Answer incoming phone and e-mail information requests :
