JOB SUMMARY
Performs a range of administrative and support duties for the marketing department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES.
Bachelor's Degree or related experience
At least 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing support function
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and especially with Excel
Familiar with standard marketing principles, practices, and procedures
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Creative and takes ownership and initiative to resolve issues
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to learn basic product and technical knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Organizes and maintains marketing information to ensure materials are current and readily available
LOGIQ e-Comm support and collaboration with Tefen for Metals’ specific needs and salesman training sessions.
My Sales support and coordination with Tefen on system updates and programming for local needs and salesman training sessions.
Marketing & sales related support for Arlington and Charlotte seminar activity
OEM marketing programs and activity support
Virtual Reality training, prep, and customer assistance during Charlotte seminars.
Other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Administrative Manager
