iScript.care is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can call on Primary Care Physicians and recruit them for CCM & RPM.
This is a Sales Representative position that requires VISITING, CALLING & RECRUITING Primary Care Physicians to make use of our CCM/RPM services.
Part-Time, commission based ROLE only for those already visiting Primary Care Physicians.
The role will focus on engaging independent PCPs, demonstrating the value of iScript.care’s services (Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Behavioral Health Integration, and Principal Care Management), and securing signups. The primary KPI is the number of PCP signups, enabling patient enrollment into our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Outreach:
- Conduct 8-12 daily calls to independent Physicians & PCPs and other potential customers to introduce iScript.care’s services.
- Engage prospects through appointments, phone, email, and direct messaging, communicating the benefits of iScript.care’s platform in CCM, RPM, PCM, and BHI.
Lead Qualification:
- Identify and qualify leads by assessing their practice size, challenges, and interest in CCM, RPM, PCM, and BHI solutions.
- Pinpoint decision-makers in each practice and determine the best approach to proceed with a demo.
Demo Scheduling & Execution:
- Schedule product demos with qualified PCPs and stakeholders.
- Compelling demo presentations showcasing the features and benefits of iScript.care’s platform.
- Tailor each demo to the prospect’s specific needs and emphasize how iScript.care will improve their practice workflow and patient outcomes.
Closing Sales & Getting Commitment:
- Engage with prospects during and after the demo to address any objections, answer questions, and highlight the platform’s ROI.
- Close the sale by obtaining a commitment to sign up for iScript.care’s services.
- Provide next steps for onboarding, ensuring that once the sale is closed, the PCP’s practice is set up to begin enrolling patients in CCM, RPM, BHI, and PCM programs.
- Coordinate with the enrolment team to ensure that new clients are smoothly transitioned and onboarded onto the iScript.care platform.
- Ensure that the onboarding process leads to successful patient enrollment.
KPI Tracking & CRM Management
- Keep detailed records of all calls, interactions, demos, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Determine the metrics of opportunities in the CRM and keep track of the conversion from Engaged Lead, Sales Demo booked to Signed up clients
- Ensure that practices are ready for patient enrolment.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs related to demo scheduling, lead conversion, and signups.
- Generate reports on sales progress, success rates, and customer feedback.
