BACK END OPERATOR

Description

Summary: Incoming and outgoing product check of IC chips and wafers for conformance to specification by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Upload and download materials from high temperature bake oven.
• Paperwork check and quality buy off to ensure the requirements are met.
• Packing, FT, wafer, and dry seal, labeling and boxing product per customer requirement.
• Moves product to the Shipping and Receiving department, ICR department for FGI and Rejects
• Label generation for FT, wafer
• Physical lot split/merge
• Review customer documents if required
• Review work order for outsource.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

• Ability to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills                                                   
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
