Day Shift: Sunday to Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6am-6:30pm.
Summary: Operates ATE equipment to test customers’ parts according to daily production schedule. Notifies Maintenance personnel and Lead when units per hour (UPH) is not met or if downtime arises.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Operates test equipment: handlers, testers, hand/bench test equipment, etc.
- Accurately enter data into Test Database based on physical counts and test summaries
- Follows travelers and test specifications from customers’ and production control coordinators’ instructions.
- Obtains specified test hardware from Hardware Control Room such as: probe card, load board, change kit etc.
- Follows test operating instructions according to guidelines set by customers and engineers
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area according to 5S standards
- Listens for machine alarm (due to jamming, loading assist, unloading assist, end lot, temperature unstable error, etc.) and notifies Lead or Maintenance Supervisor as soon as possible.
- Informs shift lead or shift supervisor when problem/s occur during testing.
- Documents test operation results per shop order instructions and in accordance with ISO guidelines
- Enters setup information once setup is done in the TFS system
- Informs Maintenance personnel and Lead of any jamming of testers
- Cleans and maintains test equipment as appropriate

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
- Requires knowledge of: modern business English (read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations), spelling and arithmetic; the operations of common office machines and equipment.
- Requires ability to write reports, business correspondence.
- Requires ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and customers.
- Will require an understanding of Safety per ISO regulations and ESD protection
Computer Skills:
- Will be trained in ISE WIP database system.
- Some knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Detailed oriented
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of parts 30 to 50lbs.

Salary : $20 - $22
