Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, Payroll as well as managing a small team of direct report(s)
• Responsible for collection and preparation of financial and accounting information/reporting and the preparation of budgets, reports, forecasts and consolidated profit and loss reports.
• Prepare financial statement audits and tax compliance reporting
• Maintain expense control, costing, audits, administration of contracts, insurance arrangements and property administration.
• Assists in inventory control by monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, leads the annual physical inventory.
• Management of fixed assets.
• Other duties and activities as assigned by CEO
• Training, Knowledge and Experience:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in accounting or finance or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven and successful track record working in a similar role either within the automotive industry or manufacturing company.
• Thorough and current knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with review and preparation of financial statements; payroll and sales tax filings and requirements
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Bilingual in Korean and English required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
