Position Overview
This role will be responsible for not only HR data analysis but also company-wide planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling big data, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to derive insights from data to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in talent management, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Support company-wide strategic planning through data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using SAP, Excel, and other analytics tools.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to provide data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, collaborating with IT and other departments as needed.
- Assist in designing and improving HR processes through data insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Generating report to HQ Korea
