Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues
- Resolve warranty issues
- Provide quotes to customer
- Introduce the company's products to customers
- Be the interface between all of the company (admin, manufacturing, management) and the customer
- Work with admin to resolve data / Epicor issues
- Resolve PO issues
- Ensure clear communication to admin for special instructions or customer needs
- Collaborate with and maintain communications with executives and department heads in the organization.
Requirements
- BS Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing and equipment
- Proven track record of technical sales experience
- Experience with the shipping and receiving of materials processes (RMA, Quote, and PO), supplying consumables and repairing subassemblies
- Experience in public speaking
- Skills in the preparation of accurate inventory records (e.g.: surplus property and recycling containers).
