Pipefitters and Machine Builders needed in Plymouth, Michigan
A local company in the Plymouth, Michigan area is seeking Machine Builders and Pipefitters for long-term positions with their growing team. Machine Builder and Pipefitter rates are anticipated to start between $25 to $32/hour based on each candidate’s experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours.
Qualified Machine Builders and Pipefitters should have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- 3 years of machine building or pipefitting experience, mechanically inclined.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and pumps.
- Tube / pipe bending skills is a strong plus.
- Able to read and work from blueprints.
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
