Join our dynamic team at ISG, a leading architecture and engineering firm. In this role, you will work directly with Dave Williams, and Kinzee Miest, whom are on the Performance Team.
Applicants should have an enthusiasm for big picture strategy, developing performance strategies, and coaching for performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Work directly with the Performance Strategist to coordinate initiatives to support the high-performance culture of ISG
- Conduct periodic visits and coordinated cross coverage with multiple offices across the Midwest
- Regularly collaborate with multiple disciplines to seamlessly integrate high performance initiatives in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Deliver evidenced-based and comprehensive support to staff of all levels
- Conduct one-on-one, small group, and large group mental performance solutions
- Update and maintain reporting, as necessary, tracking initiatives, goals, and progress
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in sport and performance psychology
- At least 5 years experience working with high performers
- Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and facilitate adult learners
- Developed and delivered high quality training in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal communications
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, participate with a variety of team members on different projects at varying levels of development
