What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at ISG Partners?
Key Responsibilities :
- You will be leading a mid-to-large team of sales representatives and driving profitable sales growth in an assigned territory
- You’ll be responsible to Recruit, Develop, Coach, and Support new and existing Sales Representatives, and ensure that they meet their weekly performance guidelines to exceed quota
- Work directly with the General Manager, Regional Office and Corporate support team to evaluate and develop new local and / or regional new account acquisition opportunities
- Build strong relationships, internally and externally, to ensure the overall success of new sales
- Provide support in prospecting, setting appointments with prospects, understanding the industries we serve, learning our products and service solutions, presenting our value proposition, and exceeding a sales quota
- Responsible for communicating updates, progress, challenges and opportunities to executive leadership
- Monitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate trends and market conditions to the Director and Vice President
