Are you a sales leader with a passion for driving growth and coaching top-tier sales teams? Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic group of sales professionals in the Bakersfield, CA territory.

What You'll Do :

Lead & Inspire : Manage a mid-to-large sales team, pushing performance to exceed quotas and driving profitable sales growth.
Recruit & Develop : Build and mentor a top-performing team of sales reps, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed weekly targets.
Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with senior leadership to unlock new local and regional opportunities, positioning our company as a leader in the market.
Drive Sales : Lead from the front by prospecting, setting appointments, presenting our powerful value proposition, and closing deals that fuel growth.
Be the Bridge : Act as the vital link between your team and executives, providing regular updates and insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

What You Need :

A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a proven track record in business-to-business sales (minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience focused on generating new accounts).

3 years of sales management experience with a hands-on approach to coaching and developing teams using account management techniques.

A strong background in consultative selling, with a focus on building lasting relationships and driving business growth.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (like Salesforce), and sales performance tracking tools.

Willingness to travel, including some overnight stays.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks.
